But then, no artist is normal; if he were, he wouldn't be an artist. Normal men don't create works of art. They eat, sleep, hold down routine jobs, and die. You are hypersensitive to life and nature; that's why you are able to interpret for the rest of us. But if you are not careful, that very hypersensitiveness will lead you to your destruction. The strain of it breaks every artist in time.

~ Irving Stone, Lust for Life

Code of Ethics

As a team we have decided that we are going to abide by the following set of standards:

1. We will begin practice at precisely 6:30 PM on Thursdays.
  • This means that all of our equipment is set up, parts have been assigned, and etc by 6:30.
  • This means that we will be ready to sit down and focus for 15 minutes on our whole group study at 6:30
2. We will end practice at 8:30
  • This means that we recognize that socializing is an important part of building group unity, but that we need to be focused enough to reach our desired end time.
  • If we go over our end time, we will reflect back on our practice and determine the cause.
